Business Communications for Entertainment Professionals

Business Communications for Entertainment Professionals provides students with an overview of the basic theories of communication, and how those theories are put into practice in the business world. During this course students will examine the impact of interpersonal communication and the importance of nonverbal communication in the overall communication process. This course will also will provide a review of the basic rules of grammar and punctuation to improve writing skills, as well as developing skills for public speaking. Finally, this course will discuss the role of mass and online media, and their effect on the business of communications.
