Alumni Update: Greg Lewczuk, Audio Production and Engineering

June turned out to be a busy month for Audio Production and Engineering graduate, Greg Lewczuk (2010) and his band Engine Empire! The band was formed three years ago with members found throughout the great Toronto area; Ania Fritch, Adam Fritch, Heather Mueller and Austin Steffler. Engine Empire’s sound is influenced by bands like The Pixies, Fugazi, Primus and Heavy Vegetable. After working hard on their debut album “The Frisbee Club” the band celebrated with their CD release party at This Ain’t Hollywood in Hamilton on Saturday June 22nd. The lineup for the night also included local Toronto area bands Hey Brother and The Strumbellas.
