MWI Audio Production & Engineering graduate Helen Georgopoulos is currently the Merchandising Product Specialist at M-Audio & Digidesign, a division of Avid Technologies Inc. As the technical representative for M-Audio and Digidesign, Helen’s responsibilities include servicing audio dealers in Ontario, providing current product knowledge and merchandising. She accomplishes this by visiting accounts, interacting with staff, troubleshooting and maintaining their demo stations, conducting research and development surveys, acquiring product feedback and providing product training for Digidesign LE and the M-Audio product lines.
