MWI Kicks Off New Semester with
Orientation Pub Night

As a way of welcoming all of the new Metalworks Institute students who began classes in September, and welcoming back our returning students, Metalworks Institute held an Orientation Pub Night on Friday, September 12th at Coopers Pub in Mississauga.

Dozens of MWI students filled the pub for the evening, where they were given a chance to get to know each other, and also to mingle with MWI staff and instructors.

The evening was also highlighted by a series of Open Mic performances, led by MWI Director Craig Titus and singer/songwriter Mark Christiano, who also served as host for the Open Mic proceedings. The ensuring Open Mic performances featured several new MWI students, along with some talented individuals from Metalworks Production Group.

Metalworks Institute would like to extend our thanks to the staff at Coopers Pub for their hard work and hospitality in making this evening a great success.
