For the Love of Music Fundraisers at Hugh’s Room

Featuring the multi-Juno award winning country band, The Good Brothers;  singer / songwriter / guitarist extraordinaire Wendell Ferguson;  Soul / R&B artist Stacey Kaniuk and more, this fundraising event is taking place on Monday, November, 26th, 2012 at Hugh’s Room 2261 Dundas St. West in Toronto to raise money for the Unison Benevolent Fund.

The “Unison Benevolent Fund” is a non-profit organization that provides counseling, emergency relief, and benefit programs for those in the Canadian Music community who face personal or professional challenges due to hardship, illness, unemployment or economic difficulties. Since most people in the music industry are self employed insurance simply does not cut it, that’s why the Unison Benevolent Fund exists. For more information on the Unison Benevolent Fund go to (www.unisonfund.ca).

The event will feature these amazing artists, a silent auction including items such as an autographed guitar provided by Long & McQuade. Tickets and reservations are available by going to the Hugh’s Room website: http://hughsroom.com/reservations/ and also in person at Metalworks Institute, 3611 Mavis drive, Mississauga 905-279-4000.
