Alumni Update: Josh Phillips, Professional Sound

Josh Phillips graduated from the Professional Sound program in 2012. Since graduation, Josh has had several roles in the entertainment industry, including freelance work as a staging, audio and lighting technician. Currently, Josh is working at Mediaco, a large production company with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa. Josh works out of the Toronto location where he is a warehouse technician. His duties include building and returning shows, testing and maintaining equipment and show deliveries and pick ups. At Mediaco, Josh is learning as much as possible about the equipment he works with and is always available to help out in any way he can as he prepares himself for his developing career in the entertainment industry.
