Alumni Update: Brian Kanyo, Audio Production & Engineering

Brian Kanyo graduated from the Audio Production & Engineering Program at Metalworks Institute in 2010. After assisting with the installation of Mushroom Studios, he joined Princess Cruise Lines in 2012 as part of their stage crew. Within 6 weeks, Brian was promoted to audio manager with Princess Cruises, and has since been to over 50 countries, sailed on the newest ships in the world, and had the pleasure of mixing different shows every night while working with great talent and crew.

“Our nightly shows range from comedians or vocalists or musicians, accompanied by a seven-piece orchestra, all the way to large scale production shows with up to 14 musicians and five vocalists.” says Brian.
